1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the hibaja platform (hibaja.im) and all its services. Every user is responsible for reading these terms carefully before using any hibaja service.

Hibaja reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Hibaja is for individuals aged 18 and above only.
• This service may not be used where it is prohibited by law.
• All decisions made by hibaja are final and binding.
• Hibaja is not liable for any technical errors or faults.

Hibaja is an entertainment platform. Winnings are never guaranteed, and betting always carries risk. Please bet within your means.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on hibaja, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may only open one account — multiple accounts under the same name, address, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be your own.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

The following rules apply to all payments on hibaja:

• Try to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Transactions using third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
• Hibaja may suspend withdrawals on any transaction flagged as suspicious, pending investigation.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is mandatory for all users.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hibaja offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Specific terms apply to each bonus:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement is 10x (deposit + bonus).
• Reload Bonus: Deposit a set amount each week and earn an extra bonus. Separate terms apply.
• Cashback: Cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. Withdrawable directly.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and you both get a bonus. Terms and conditions apply.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed, with no balance refunded.

5 Betting Rules

When placing bets on hibaja, please follow these rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets can be placed at any time before a match begins. Live betting is available on selected events.
• Hibaja is not responsible for odds changes. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error will be considered void.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated methods.
• Harassing other users or using abusive language.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to hibaja's systems.
• Processing transactions using third-party payment methods.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Hibaja may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

You can close your account at any time. Simply contact our support team and withdraw any remaining balance beforehand.

8 Responsible Gaming

Hibaja believes betting is for entertainment only. We place the highest importance on our members' wellbeing and financial security.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Cap the maximum bet amount within a set time period.
